Hi I’m Pierre

I am a transformational career coach: I help tech professionals stuck in “autopilot mode” to take charge again. Ultimately transforming their career. And life.

I am also

I evolved across industries, continents, and chapters of life.

I grew up on an old farm in the south of France. Since then, I’ve lived in a few countries worldwide, and a few more cities. From Amsterdam to Mexico city. From London to Munich.

For 10+ years, I worked with startups (”small companies designed to grow fast”). From very early stage startups, struggling to survive, to more advanced startups trying to manage their high-growth. And most of what’s in between.

How I became a coach•ee

Over time, I began to feel stuck across various dimensions of my life. Despite my attempts to shake things up, and take back control, I realised that I was slowly drifting away. I didn’t understand what was going on. My old dreams were gathering dust. I was losing the curiosity and playfulness that I used to love about myself. I was slowly getting more and more bitter. And realised how exhausting it is to be angry all the time.

An important person in my life recommended me to talk to her coach. At the time, I was extremely skeptical as I believed all coaches were crooks. I am happy to say that I was wrong. Over time, my coach helped me break down old patterns I was ready to let go of, she protected and nurtured my self-confidence, but also challenged me to go after bigger goals. I wasn’t expecting how big and how long-lasting the impact these sessions would have on my life.

It’s only my own experience, but I can’t emphasise enough how transformative it’s been for me. If I could change one thing, I would have hired my coach much sooner, instead of waiting to feel really lost. It would have saved me a lot of time and frictions.

Why I do what I do.

This work means so much to me, because it’s highly personal: observing clients confront themselves, take steps, take decisions, take charge and slowly change over time is immensely rewarding.

I realise that the more I coach, the more I care about my clients and my work, because the more I witness how everyone is carrying a weigh they try to hide.

There is also something quite humbling about being offered enough trust by someone to be allowed to witness them being vulnerable. This is precious. This takes the work out of work for me.

My coaching approach.

Coaching with me feels like a calm, slowed-down and thoughtful conversation. I don't coach your problem, I coach you, the person underneath the problem.

What you’ll find in our coaching room:

What won’t get in your way:

You lead. I listen, reflect, and guide. You discover. We create. Together, we find a way forward that feels right for you.

What I believe in

These principles determine how I work (and who I work with). They are not gimmick marketing. They are my compass.

<aside>

Change needs time and space.

I do not believe in quick fixes. Deep change comes slowly, honestly, and with accompaniment.

</aside>

<aside>

Honesty is care.

I tell you what I perceive, even when it is uncomfortable. False validation helps no one. Real clarity does.

<aside>

Every person holds the answers within themselves.

My role is not to tell you what to do. It is to help you hear what you already know.

<aside>

Life is not a project.

Efficiency is not a good measure of a fulfilling life. Some important questions cannot be optimised. They must be sat with.

</aside>

<aside>

Confidentiality is paramount.

What is said between us stays between us. This is not a platitude. It is the foundation of our working relationship.

</aside>

<aside>

I work with few. But fully.

I accompany only a limited number of clients simultaneously. This way I can give you the attention this work deserves.
