Coaching to bridge personal and professional lives.

“When performance problems aren't just performance problems.”

Personal wellbeing and professional performance are different. Let’s not pretend they’re disconnected.

I work with employees who feel misaligned: struggling to perform, engage or belong at work. I create a confidential space where employees can freely explore what may be happening beneath the surface, confront the personal factors affecting their professional performance, and reconnect those insights to what the organisation needs from them.

The company pays. The employee gets a confidential space to explore freely where the resistance lays.

Let’s get personal

“When management, HR workshops and topdown advice aren’t enough anymore.”

I temporarily step in to go where managers and HR reps can’t. I don’t replace them.

Who is this for?

For employees who are struggling with performance, motivation or engagement.

And you want to

And let’s be honest, you want this to change.

Not in a year. Now. So get an expert in your corner to make it happen.

The process

No pre-defined rigid program, no group workshops, no ready-made solutions.

A structured approach designed to create alignment between the employee and the organisation, while giving the employee a confidential and flexible space to explore and work on what’s getting in the way.

1. Getting started: understanding the situation

We begin together: employee, employer and coach. What is happening? What isn't working? What would each of you like to be different? We create a shared understanding of the situation and agree on the initial goals for the coaching.

2. Questioning the real goal: what do you really want to change?

Many people think they know what they want, until they begin to think carefully about it. In a private conversation, the coach and employee explore the real goals behind the stated ones. We refine the goals so they are meaningful to the employee, while remaining connected to the needs of the organisation.

3. Exploration: looking at what is truly there

We explore the patterns, beliefs, circumstances and behaviours that may be affecting the employee's work. What is getting in the way? What is within their control? What might they not be seeing clearly yet? Personal matters can be part of the conversation when they are relevant to the employee's professional life.
