**For the ones who don’t quite

fit the mould.**

My clients often don’t follow traditional paths.

They tend to be the “black sheep,” the outliers, the ones who left everything familiar to pursue something bigger, or simply different.

They are reflective, kind and ambitious.

We might be a good fit if you are…

…and you find yourself at a crossroads

In a moment of career growth or reinvention. An important life phase is approaching or has already begun: a career change, a separation, a new chapter. The next step is unclear.

By all outward appearances you have done everything right. And yet something is missing. There is this persistent, quietly powerful thought: "surely this can't be all there is." You seem successful on the outside but internally, you are wrestling with tension, exhaustion and self-doubt. You started to realise that your way of living is not going to be sustainable.

I do not see this phase as a midlife crisis. I see it as an invitation. A gift to consciously question your life and realign it with who you truly are.

“I turned to Pierre at a time when I felt quite lost in my career, and was met by someone friendly and calm who helped me ground in the present to start making sense of my path to the future.”

My clients often come to me feeling:

Many arrive mid-story.

Most have already done substantial inner work.

They are not looking for motivational slogans or productivity hacks.

They are looking for clarity, coherence, agency and meaningful change.

They start to show up differently.

This work goes beyond “fixing their problems”. It allows them to take a conscious decision on how they want to view the world (including themselves in it) and how they want to behave in it.

Some are chasing more freedom left and right, and get exhausted along the way. They often slowly realise that self-imposed limitations are very freeing.

Slowly uncovering what they truly want starts making their life so much simpler. It liberates them from wanting to impress others, from distractions and noise.

This work changes how they think and how they show up.

One of the biggest takeaways for me was embracing uncertainty and learning to take steps forward even when I don’t have all the answers.

They don’t find their direction.

They decide it.
